His experience includes the fields of Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Development, and Operational Improvement with a significant focus on new business support and process improvements for large Oil & Gas and Mining International Corporations. He has participated in business support in-situ in more than 20 countries including the opening of new business offices around the world hiring, training, and developing people from multiple functions and nationalities.
German has successfully led and managed large projects for the implementation of improved processes and systems worldwide. He has worked on projects in North and South America, Europe, Middle East, Russia, China, and North Africa. Projects included scoping, benefits, implementation strategy through the selection of internal and external resources including small and large consulting firms. His past experience includes working with Dexa Systems, IBM Corporation in Peru, and Southern Copper Corporation.

Anne has an extensive experience with a large number of major companies. Since 2012, she has focused on Security and Risk Assessment consulting for healthcare and oil and gas clients. During the prior 10 years, she was Director of Information Safeguards for Waste Management, responsible for company-wide information security policies and guidelines and for assessing security related compliance with requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, GLB, PCI, and Federal and State privacy laws. She also established and directed a highly cost-effective, ASCLD-certified internal computer forensics program supporting both internal investigations and legal e-Discovery requirements. Prior to joining Waste Management, Anne was a Principal Consultant with PMPTech-Pro, LLC providing technical and management consulting in information systems and networking security, solution planning and design, performance and capacity management. She currently serves on the Board of ISSA International and is a Director on Board of the Houston Infragard Chapter. Her past experience also includes being a commissioned officer in the US Air Force where she held a series of assignments including Equipment Control Officer, Chief of ADP Resources Division, Chief of programing Division and finally, Deputy Director of Data Automation for the US Air Force’s Alaskan Air Command. In 2001, Anne was honored by the Houston Chapter of the Association of Women in Computing as one of Houston’s Top Twenty Women IN Technology.
Anne’s certifications include: Certification Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), INFOSEC Assessment Methodology (IAM) and, INFOSEC Evaluation Methodology (IEM).
She has a B.S. in Physics and Math, University of Texas, El Paso, Texas, USA and, a MBA (Management and Finance), University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.

David is also an experienced oil field and process plant engineer with significant contributions in Manufacturing and Control Systems security and reliability. David‘s blend of oil field engineering and IT process and security experiences allowed him to be a key contributor in Chevron Refining and Chemical divisions’ efforts to improve process plant control rooms cyber-security along with many other IT/Operational Technology projects.
He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a certified ITL Practitioner in Service Support including in Incident and Change Management.
David has a BS Chemical Engineering with Highest Honors from San Jose State University.

Donald Moore has over 40 years of experience in the Energy Industry in the areas of E&P, mining, refining, marketing and distribution, supply chain management, and midstream operations. Don was responsible for the strategic planning and application of global information technology and also oversaw geoscience and engineering systems, field and plant automation, information and record management, real estate and facility management, and global travel services for Occidental’s worldwide oil and gas, chemicals, pipeline, and energy marketing and trading operations.
From 1993-1998, Moore served as Vice President of Information Technology with Occidental’s natural gas pipeline and marketing subsidiary, MidCon Corp., which was sold to KN Energy in 1998. Moore was then named Vice President and Chief Information Officer of KN Energy/Kinder Morgan. He returned to Oxy as the enterprise CIO in fall of 1999. Previously in his career, Moore served as Director of Information Systems of Island Creek Coal Corp.; Manager of E&P and NGL Systems for OXYUSA; Internal Audit Manager; and System Manager, Refining, Marketing & Transportation for Cities Services Company.
Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Tulsa. He is currently active in energy related professional organizations, Corporate Advisory Boards, Executive Advisory, business development opportunities, and charitable organizations.

From 1999 onwards Andrew worked as Knowledge Manager facilitating business improvement workshops together with coordinating 2 large communities of practice for Wells and Surface Engineering. In this period he also facilitated a complete redesign of the Shell Exploration and Production intranet. In 2003 a move was made to the US where he became lead business analyst working on deployment of the portal technology within Shell and was active as information management advisor in the areas exploration, wells, engineering, commercial and subsurface enabling more efficient performance for each of these businesses.
After 2006 a move was made to become global lead on records management compliance for Shell International EP. In 2007 Andrew became the KM/IT manager responsible for compliance, KM, Information and data management in Shell research and advised Chevron on their global SharePoint Design and deployment.
Andrew currently works as a collaboration and innovation consultant and program manager for multiple industries providing management of enterprise solutions and knowledge and information management advice specifically focused around organizational performance and business process design.
Andrew has a bachelor degree in information management and collaboration from the Haagse Hogeschool in the Hague the Netherlands.
